Due to the pandemic, our monthly gatherings at the downtown public library have been cancelled for the foreseeable future. Physical distancing does not have to mean loneliness, so we're taking our monthly dinner online. You are invited to a virtual cooking class to learn how to make one of Nigeria’s delicious dishes - gizdodo. Level up your cooking with a new dish as Chef Nimz provides detailed cooking instructions. By the end of the class, you will have made a pan of gizdodo that feeds 4 - 6 people.
